| Are these mushrooms high in glutamate? |
Our mushrooms are processed through a fermentation process that eliminates a major portion of the existing glutamate and concentrates the polysaccharide components of the mushrooms. If you are concerned about glutamate, please consult with a physician before taking this product. |
| Why are the mushrooms fermented? |
The mushroom ingredients are taken through a unique fermentation process where they are fed powerful antioxidant foods. The mushrooms absorb these foods, which enhances their antioxidant and nutrient capacity, compared to other mushrooms. |
| Does this product contain any allergens? |
Our 7 Mushrooms formula is dairy-free and soy-free. It does contain Sprouted Purple Maize (Zea mays) which is Purple Corn. While the product is not certified gluten-free, there are no ingredients known to contain gluten. However, if you have sensitivities to gluten you should be very careful taking any supplement and consult with your healthcare practitioner before starting any new health program. |
