Handling of Products
Will radiation (scanning during shipping/crossing borders) affect this product? While we understand your concern about your product while it is in transit, it is impossible to know what radiation it may be exposed to during this process and therefore we can not give you a clear answer.
Will the heat or cold from shipping damage the your products? Fluctuations in temperature during shipping should not harm the product.
What should I do if any of my product containers arrived unsealed or with the seal broken If your product is damaged in any way, please do not use it and contact customer service to arrange a return and a courtesy reshipment.
How should your products be stored? Our products should be kept in cool, dry places that are out of direct sunlight in order to preserve the potency of the product.

Are your products tested for ORAC values? No, we do not test ORAC values.
Are any of your products tested on animals? We do not participate in any animal testing.
Does any of your products, especially those with Fulvic and Humic Acid help detox from glyphosate? As powerful as our Fulvic and Humic acid compounds are, they do not remove glyphosate. We have only encountered one group for molecules that can move glyphosate, and they are still being developed. The most sinister thing about glyphosate is that it bonds to everything including our DNA, and that it embeds into everything so deeply that none of our normal detox agents can effectively move this chemical.
We are working very hard on developing products that will be able to get to glyphosate and the lab tests are very promising, but it will be some time before it will be ready for the public.
Usage/Contraindications
Do your products have any known side effects or contraindications? All of our products are tested to meet or exceed strict safety standards, but each individual may have a different experience due to their specific health needs. You should always consult your healthcare practitioner prior to taking any new dietary supplement.
Is there an ideal time of day or way to take your products? Everyone's body is different. Our products are whole food based dietary supplements. You should always consult your healthcare practitioner prior to taking any new dietary supplement.
How long does it take to see results from your products? Many people have seen very positive results with the product, however individual results will vary. You should always consult your healthcare practitioner prior to taking any new dietary supplement.
Is it safe to take this while taking more than one of the other OX products at once? Organixx researches and develops a broad range of nutritional supplements to assist people in accomplishing a wide range of health goals. Some of our supplements are developed and designed to be taken together, as a system. Others were created for a more specific, targeted health goal. While most should have no issue consuming all of our nutritional supplements together, it is always a wise step to consult with your primary healthcare practitioner related to your own unique health needs and health challenges.
Who can take your products? Our products are formulated for and designed to be taken by adults. You should always consult your healthcare practitioner prior to taking any new dietary supplement. Organixx cannot diagnose, treat, or give you advice regarding your health and individual use of our products. If you have questions regarding individual use of our products, please consult with a medical expert.
Can I use these products on my pets. Our products are formulated for humans. Organixx cannot diagnose, treat, or give you advice regarding your pet's health and individual use of our products. If you have questions regarding individual use of our products for pets, please consult with a veterinarian.
Ingredients/Product Sourcing/Manufacturing
Where are your ingredients sourced from? At this time, we are not able to divulge all of our supply details as it is proprietary information, however, the majority of ingredients are grown in and sourced from America. If ingredients in our products are sourced from China, they are certified organic botanicals traditionally used in Chinese Herbalism and therefore have undergone extensive testing to confirm their purity and quality and we are happy to stand behind the quality and integrity of our ingredients.
Where are your products manufactured? Our manufacturing facility is in the United States
What do you do to ensure that possible allergens are not cross contaminated? Manufacturing has strict Policies and Procedures in place when it comes to handling and processing allergens. Every project we undertake is thoroughly evaluated for possible allergens. We have proper segregation and sanitation procedures to avoid cross contamination (that includes swabbing to ensure allergens have been eliminated from the equipment).
Do you test your products for antibiotics, heavy metals, pesticides, or any other toxins?

 Our product is tested to be free from GMOs and is tested for heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics and other environmental toxins and we are very satisfied that those results line up with or exceed the organic standards.
What kind of capsules do your products come in? These are from a plant fiber. They're called hypromellose methylcellulose.
Are there any hidden ingredients or fillers not listed on the label in your products? No. All ingredients are listed on the label.
Do you do use filtered water in the manufacturing of your product to ensure its purity? If so, how do you go about this filtration process? All the products that we manufacture through fermentation and sprouting are filtered and purified and we use multiple systems to do that, which include removing particles. We also have an oxygenation step and an infusion of alkaline forming minerals, so it's an extremely purifying process that allows the fermentation to flourish.
Do any of your products contain GMOs? All products are Non-GMO 
What is the specific amount/ratio per serving of each ingredient? We do not give information on individual quantities of ingredients in proprietary blends other than what is listed on the label.
What medium do you use to initiate the fermentation process in your products? The microorganisms in the product are grown on proprietary mediums.

What is your return policy? We are confident that Organixx provides only high-quality supplements. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product (all bottles need to be returned: empty, unopened, partially used, etc...) for a full refund less the shipping and handling fees. All returns must be made within 1 year (unless otherwise stated on the order page of the product you purchase) from the product shipment date. Do you have sample sizes available to purchase? At this time there are no sample sizes available for purchase of any Organixx Products. We appreciate your interests in our products. We do, however, offer a wonderful year-long warranty: Our customers are welcome to try our product and if you are not satisfied we will fully refund the cost of the product minus shipping. How long are your products good for? What is the expiration date? Our products are best if used within 2 years of the manufacture date. There is a best by date on each bottle with this information.
Would your products be considered raw? There are various ingredients within the products that are considered raw, meaning they are not heated or exposed to heat above 115 degrees Fahrenheit. There are not any particular Organixx products that are 100% raw, but there are raw food ingredients in each and every product.
Are any of your ingredients time-released? There are no time-released ingredients in any of the Organixx products. Our products are designed to be in a food state, and food is not time-released.
