Return Instructions

If you would like to return your product, please visit this link to submit a return ticket: 


  • Please enter your name, email address, and phone number that is on the order. 
  • In the message part of the ticket, please include the order number and the product(s) you would like to return. 
  • If you would like a call back about your return, please include your telephone number and one of our friendly Customer Success agents will reach out to you.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be submitted and an RMA # to be emailed to you, along with further instructions.  Returns submitted without an RMA # will incur a $2 processing fee.  Please don't forget to check your Spam/Junk folder! 
  • Once we receive your package, we will refund you the total cost of the products, less the shipping cost and any applicable fees. 

Please note:

  • Packages returned to us refused or undelivered will be refunded in full less the shipping and handling fees. If you are experiencing issues with the shipment of your order, please contact our Customer Success Team online at or by calling 1 877-750-6455.
  • Any free or promotional products received as a bonus to your order must be returned as well to receive full refund.
  • We’d love to hear any feedback you have when you submit a return request. For damaged or defective products, it would be especially helpful to see a photo of the issue. This helps us process your return faster and improve our quality control. 
  • For refunds on orders not placed on our website(s) because of a recommendation you received from us, or that you heard about on one of our websites, please contact the person or company you received your order from directly. Should you need assistance in locating a contact email address for any such person or company, please contact our Customer Success Team online at or by calling 1 877-750-6455 . We will gladly look up the contact information for the individual or company you placed the order with, where applicable. Please include your name, email, phone number and order number (if applicable) regarding an outside order.
