Problems Ordering On-Line

There could be a few reasons you’re having trouble placing an order on-line:

 

1.      Your address may not be matching the address on file with the credit card company.  If your credit card billing address needs updating, the computer will think you are fraudulent.

 

2.      A number may have been transposed while entering the card number or expiration date.

 

3.      Your name may not have been typed exactly how it looks on the card.

 

4.      When entering your phone number in the Billing Details, please do not add dashes/spaces/periods, etc.. just numbers only.

 

5.      Please try to use a different payment method (for example, PayPal) or a different credit card.

 

6.      You can also try again using a different browser.  We recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.  Also, clearing your browser’s or computer’s cache and cookies.

7.      You may have your cookies turned off which may cause the spin dial to keep spinning but the order to never go through.

There are two ways in which you can contact us to help you to place an order.

 

  • We can help you place an order via email. We’ll need to know what product(s) you’re trying to purchase and what quantity. We will also need your preferred email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses. With this information, we can create an invoice and email it to you to complete the payment.

 

  • If you would prefer, we can assist you over the phone by calling 877-750-6455 during regular business hours (Monday – Thursday, 9am – 8pm).  If you are calling outside of our business hours, please leave a message and let us know the best number and time to contact you.
