General Product FAQs

• While we understand your concern about your product while it is in transit, it is impossible to know what radiation it may be exposed to during this process and therefore we can not give you a clear answer.

• It’s perfectly fine to open a capsule and take the Organixx products in their powdered form.

• Not completely, there will be some undissolved particles even when mixed.

• Fluctuations in temperature during shipping should not harm the product.

• If your product is damaged in any way, please contact Customer Success at support@organixx.com.

• Once you receive your Organixx products, we suggest keeping them in a cool, dry place that is out of direct sunlight.  There is no need to refrigerate Organixx products.

• No, we do not test ORAC values.

• We do not participate in any animal testing.

• All of our products are tested to meet or exceed strict safety standards, but each individual may have a different experience due to their specific health needs. You should always consult your healthcare practitioner prior to taking any new dietary supplement.

• Everyone's body is different. Our products are whole food-based dietary supplements so you can take them when you feel its best. Since Magnesium 7 is designed to help you relax, you may want to try taking it before bed. As always, please consult your trusted health practitioner prior to taking any new dietary supplement.

• Many people have seen very positive results with our products very quickly, however individual results will vary. Since these are whole food-based dietary supplements, we ask that you give it up to 90 days to see results. You should always consult your trusted health practitioner prior to taking any new dietary supplement.

• Organixx researches and develops a broad range of nutritional supplements to assist people in accomplishing a wide range of health goals. Some of our supplements are developed and designed to be taken together, as a system. Others were created for a more specific, targeted health goal. While most should have no issue consuming all of our nutritional supplements together, it is always a wise step to consult with your trusted health practitioner related to your own unique health needs and health challenges.

• Our products are formulated for humans and were designed for adults. Organixx cannot diagnose, treat, or give you advice regarding your pet's health, children, nor individual use of our products. If you have questions regarding individual use of our products in any other way than its intended use, please consult with your trusted health professional/veternarian.

• Our manufacturing facility is in the United States

• Yes, our manufacturing plant is GMP certified by the FDA.

• Manufacturing has strict Policies and Procedures in place when it comes to handling and processing allergens. Every project we undertake is thoroughly evaluated for possible allergens. We have proper segregation and sanitation procedures to avoid cross-contamination (that includes swabbing to ensure allergens have been eliminated from the equipment).

• Organixx products go through thorough microbiology, heavy metal, pesticide and common allergen testing. It is tested to be free from GMOs, heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics, molds, e-coli, salmonella and other environmental toxins and we are very satisfied that those results line up with or exceed the organic standards. • No. All ingredients are listed on the label.

• All the products that we manufacture through fermentation and sprouting are filtered and purified and we use multiple systems to do that, which include removing particles. We also have an oxygenation step and an infusion of alkaline-forming minerals, so it's an extremely purifying process that allows the fermentation to flourish.

• All of our products are non-GMO.

• We do not give information on individual quantities of ingredients in proprietary blends other than what is listed on the label.

• The microorganisms in the product are grown on proprietary mediums.

• Our products carry a “Best By” date on them. This means the product is still at its intended level of potency on that date before it naturally starts to wane. However, because the potency level diminishes at such a very, very, very slow rate, it is our recommendation to utilize our products up to one (1) year beyond the “best by” date as the nutrient value of the product remains viable and usable.  

• At this time there are no sample sizes available for purchase of any Organixx Products. We do, however, offer a wonderful year-long warranty: Our customers are welcome to try our product and if you are not satisfied we will fully refund the cost of the product minus shipping. 

• There are various ingredients within the products that are considered raw, meaning they are not heated or exposed to heat above 115 degrees Fahrenheit. There are not any particular Organixx products that are 100% raw, but there are raw food ingredients in some of our products.

Are any of your ingredients time-released?

• There are no time-released ingredients in any of the Organixx products. Our products are designed to be in a food state, and food is not time-released.
