When will my order ship?
- Orders generally ship within 48 hours of purchase. Orders placed on the weekend/holiday or during times of higher traffic, such as the release of a new product, this time may be extended.
How will my order ship?
- All orders will ship via USPS or FedEx.
  - We cannot guarantee which method your order will ship.
What do you charge for shipping rates?
- Shipping fees vary by the amount of purchase. Please review your cart before submitting your order for accurate shipping costs.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
- Yes! However, this is not offered via our website.
- For expedited shipping options, please contact our Customer Success department for a shipping quote PRIOR to placing an order.
  - We are unable to expedite shipping on orders that have already been placed.
Where can I find my tracking information?
- All shipped orders should receive a shipping confirmation email. Your tracking information link is located within that email.

What are the expected shipping time frames?
- Domestic orders are normally delivered within 5-7 business days from the ship date.
- International orders are normally delivered within 2-4 weeks from the ship date.
  - Please keep in mind that this is from ship date, not order date. This also does not include customs processing time for international orders. In cases such as this, we ask that you allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
  - *These are only estimates and may vary depending on a variety of circumstances, such as delays related to Covid-19 or natural disaster.
